Randy came to the rescue when the sewer backed up into the bathtub in our new house. We were initially unable to recreate the issue so he suggested we wait and see if it happened again rather than charging us for what could potentially be unnecessary work. When the issue occurred again a few weeks later, he came back, determined that tree roots were the problem and quickly took care of the issue. Randy's genuine kindness and honesty has turned us into loyal customers!

Referred to Pronto Plumbing by another plumbing company that couldn't help right away. He came the same day and fixed the problem quickly. Very courteous and very reasonably priced! I definately will call him again if needed. Highly recommend!

Randy has helped us with our plumbing situations for many years. He recently snaked a basement drain and figured out what the greater issue was so we won't have any more trouble!

Randy is old school - honest, takes pride in his work, and charges a fair price. Hard to find a business run like that anymore. I would not hesitate to recommend Prono-Rooter
